1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using shibaraffle.org (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) andall applicable laws and regulations of the State of Colorado and the United States. If you do not agree, you may notuse the Platform

2. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Be a legal resident of a jurisdiction where participation is lawful
  • Not be prohibited under applicable gaming or raffle laws

We reserve the right to verify eligibility at any time.

3. Nature of the Service

Shiba Raffle provides an online platform for participating in a raffle.

  1. Ticket Purchases and Payments
  2. All payments are processed through third-party providers
  3. Tickets are non-refundable
  4. Tickets cost $10 for entry
  5. No more than 100 tickets may be purchased at a time.

We are not responsible for payment processor errors or delays.

4. Prizes

Grand prize of TO THE STARS painting and one each of the individual prizes valued at $52,020, 5 winners of the ZenPrize valued at $2,020, forty winners of the matching set valued at $505, 80 winers of the beach set valued at $180,100 winners of print and a pin valued at $185, 100 winners of deciders valued at $40There is a no cap on the amount of raffle tickets we are selling odds will be determined by number of entrants.Order of drawing will be Deciders, print and a pin, Beach set, matching set, zen prize and then finally our grand prize.5. 5. Limitation of Liability

  • Your use of the Platform
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Privacy

Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.Venue shall be in courts located within Colorado

Arbitration Agreement and Class Action Waiver

1. Agreement to Arbitrate

By accessing or using this website and any services provided by Anvil Partners LLC, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of the website, these Terms, or any products or services provided by the Company (collectively, "Disputes") shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except as expressly provided below.

2. Governing Law

This Arbitration Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA) and, to the extent not inconsistent, the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.

3. Arbitration Procedures

Arbitration shall be administered by a mutually agreed-upon arbitration provider, such as the American Arbitration Association (AAA), in accordance with its applicable rules. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the arbitration shall take place in the State of Colorado, or may be conducted remotely at the election of either party.

4. Authority of Arbitrator

The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of this Arbitration Agreement, including any claim that all or any part of this Agreement is void or voidable.

5. Waiver of Jury Trial

YOU AND THE COMPANY HEREBY WAIVE ANY CONSTITUTIONAL AND STATUTORY RIGHTS TO SUE IN COURT AND HAVE A TRIAL BEFORE A JUDGE OR A JURY.

6. Class Action Waiver

You agree that any Dispute shall be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class, collective, or representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims or preside over any form of a class or representative proceeding.

7. Exceptions to Arbitration

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court in Colorado for Disputes within that court's jurisdiction. Additionally, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for claims related to intellectual property infringement or misuse.

8. Costs and Fees

Payment of all filing, administration, and arbitrator fees shall be governed by the applicable arbitration provider's rules. Each party shall bear its own attorneys' fees unless otherwise required by law or awarded by the arbitrator.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updatedTerms.
